The resources listed here are Indigenous-led wherever possible, with distinction-based supports for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples.
General Indigenous supports (across Canada)

A 24/7 telephone and online chat service for all Indigenous Peoples across Canada, offering immediate mental health counselling and crisis intervention. Counsellors are trained in cultural safety.

A Métis-led private clinical and consulting practice based in Toronto, providing culturally grounded psychotherapy and clinical support for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples. Services include individual and group psychotherapy, community wellness circles, and consultation. A low-fee clinic offers reduced-cost sessions for Indigenous folks aged 16+ facing financial barriers. Sessions are available in person in Toronto or virtually for Ontario residents. This is a clinical practice rather than a 24/7 crisis line.

Through a partnership with Alberta Blue Cross and Homewood Health, Métis Citizens of all ages can access free, professional, confidential, and culturally sensitive counselling.
